Known for being one of the most important zoos in the world, it’s undoubtedly a paradise for little ones, and one you’ll enjoy all day long.
Also, on your tour of the northern villages, in El Tanque, you’ll find the Camello Center, where you can take a camel ride and see the island’s native farm animals. It’s a short but fun trip for the whole family.
A town that definitely shouldn’t be missed is Icod de los Vinos and a visit to the Ancient Dragon Tree. A species native to the Canary Islands that’s well worth a visit. In the same town, you’ll find the Drago Butterfly Garden, an enclosure where you can walk among butterflies flying freely. Kids will love this!
